Apple Computer revealed Tuesday that next week it will make its second major product announcement in little over a month, fueling speculation the company will unveil a video iPod player.
A cryptic invitation to an Oct. 12 event in San Jose, e-mailed to members of the press, featured a photo of a closed theater curtain and the words, “One more thing . . .”
Rumors have swirled for at least a year that Apple was working on a video version of its successful iPod digital music player. Such a device could potentially play music videos or other downloaded video clips.

If the iPod video is real, people are definately more excited than the announcement of iPod Nano.

ThinkSecret received sources that Apple will not reveal iPod video on Oct 12, 2005. Instead, Apple is more like to to reveal a new smaller size iPod which is 80GB, it may be a silver color version.
