Nintendo DS gamers will soon be able to link up friends and play games in McDonald via WiFi.
McDonald’s Corp. is betting with a new deal announced Tuesday along with Nintendo Co. and Wayport Inc. Through the agreement, McDonald’s will offer free Wi-Fi access to owners of the Nintendo DS mobile gaming system starting next month, using Wayport’s existing wireless network at some 6,000 of the hamburger chain’s locations.

It is not limited to the branch where you are in, you can even link to the gamers at other McDonald branches!

If the wireless connection is limited to Nintendo DS gamers only, I am not sure if other McDonald customers will welcome the idea or not. Would you have your lunch in a noisy gaming centre? I doubt so.

I think people will come and sit without buying things and take space but they will have more customers and more money
