ONLY FOR GREEN FINGERS.
Eggling
No matter how easy it is to take care of a plant I will usually forget that I HAVE a plant to take care of after a few days. Particularly if it sits other place than my windowsill. But this Egglings I found is quite intriguing and you can safely put it by your window since it is small.

Oh, by the way, the picture shows a hatched Egglings. Initially they are just eggs which are made of porous ceramic with a bit of nutrient-enriched soil and some seeds inside it. To grow an Eggling, all you have to do is gently crack the egg, water, place in sunlight, and wait. Your Eggling will grow in about 2-4 weeks for up to 5 months, after which you have to replant it in a bigger pot.
Each Eggling is the size of an extra large egg approximately 2.25″ tall (just slightly smaller than an ostrich egg) and comes with extra seeds, instructions, and a special terra cotta base to put the egg on.

You can buy it at ThinkGeek for $9.99 and it comes in two styles of Egglings, namely Prickly Cactus and Spicy Red Pepper. You can also hunt for it in Malaysia because I’ve seen this similar edition here and they’re selling for RM 6 - 8 per piece. But this version is smaller, approximately the size of a normal chicken egg.
